May 9, 2018—New Orleans—The Krewe of Pandora of Jefferson Parish announces Lady in Waiting for its 2019 royal court.
Pandora—-The woman of the world.
Description: Only a few things are more fun than riding in a Mardi Gras parade with friends. For an experience of a lifetime, you can join the Krewe of Pandora—an all-female Mardi Gras Krewe.
These days, sometimes it’s really difficult to find the girl time all of us women need to stay connected to our close friends. We all have our own busy lives, which makes it very difficult to keep in touch on a regular basis. But there is really nothing more sad than thinking about the idea of you and your girlfriends growing part. Friends are the family you actually get to choose and spending time with friends is, in and of itself, is a great way to stay connected. If you’re feeling disconnected and haven’t seen your friends in a while, do something fun and exciting to revive your friendship, like riding in a Mardi Gras parade!
Everyone who knows about carnival in New Orleans cannot help but mention Mardi Gras. It is a privilege to be part of this celebration that happens once a year.
Pandora Parade Rolls Sunday, March 3, 2019.
We are planning a meet up this Friday night, April 6th. We invite all ladies to attend with us, and bring prospective members with you! Family and friends are welcomed to join us as well.
Royalty for a day… it has a nice ring to it! It was an incredible honor to be named Lady Pandora I for 2018, and I was sure to take full advantage of this great opportunity. On the contrary to the doom and gloom weather report, I knew when I woke up that it wouldn’t rain on our parade. Thankfully, I was (mostly) right!
